Baxter lives in Brookhaven, Georgia with his wife Tracy, an RN/BSN at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, his daughter Ansley and his son Hayes. Formerly, Baxter served as Secretary of the Kendrick Osborne Neighborhood Association, Inc. (KONA) and he now serves as President. At KONA, he leads a community organization, which holds events to foster unity within our community and interacts with state and local governments, real estate developers, property owners and others to address community concerns with the goal of bringing about positive change.
